Brad Marshall has over 25 years of experience leading industrial businesses through phases of transformative organic and acquisitive growth, via team development, enhanced customer loyalty, geographic expansion, and the application of Industry 4.0 solutions. Brad currently serves as the Co-CEO of TIPCO Technologies focused on operations, services and partnering with owners/founders in the independent hose and fittings industry.
Brad was one of the founder/owners and HydraTech Industrial and independent hose and fitting distributor with 15 locations across 8 states. HydraTech merged with TIPCO Technologies in 2023 to combine a shared vision for people, growth, partnerships, and innovation.
Before founding HydraTech, Brad held senior management roles and Microsoft and Gates Corporation in strategic planning, M&A and digital solutions for manufacturing and distribution companies.
Brad has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and earned a MBA from UCLA. He has lived and worked in eight countries, and he and his family currently reside in Denver, Colorado.
