- Working Pressure
Printed on the Tube, an industry first! SSP Tubes are permanently marked with the Maximum Allowable Working Pressure (MAWP) in PSI and Bar. This removes the guesswork and potential danger from using an unsuitable tube. MAWP are calculated using widely accepted ANSI/ASME B31.3 Process Piping specifications and code calculations. - Protective Packaging
Industrial tubes must be trimmed before use to remove damaged ends, thereby reducing yield. SSP Tubes are packaged in such a way to ensure reliable service and maximum yield. Plastic protective caps are installed onto the end of each SSP Tube before delivery. These caps prevent factory dust and dirt from entering the tubes to maintain internal purity and protect the end of the tube. - Certification for Traceability
SSP Tubes undergo a rigorous inspection and certification process to insure leak free performance. SSP Tubes pass functional tests and multiple chemical inspections.
