ResistoPure™ High Purity Hoses of Teflon® and Silicone offered by Resistoflex™ for the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, and Cosmetics industries. The ResistoPure™ brand differs from traditional Resistoflx™ fluid handling components in that products and processes are designed to meet the critical needs of the sanitary and aseptic market.
- STRATUS™ One Hose, One Solution, for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical processing – SRATUS™ has an ultra flexible smooth Teflon® PTFE inner core and a Platinum Cured Silicone with Stainless steel wire and fabric reinforcement. STRATUS™ hose assemblies are flared through for zero entrapment potential, maximum drainability and extended SIP life cycle. STRATUS™ hoses are extremely light weight and flexible and conform with USP Class VI, FDA21 CFR177.1550, FDA 21 CFR177.2600 and ASME BPE.
- SI-B Braid-Reinforced Silicone Hose – Platinum Cured Silicone hose 65A Shore Hardness, Polyester braid, USP Class VI, lot traceable, color coding and labeling available.
- SI-W Fabric-Reinforced Silicone Hose – Platinum Cured Silicone hose with Multi-Ply polyester Fabric Reinforcement, 50A Shore Hardness, USP Class VI, lengths up to 24 ft, custom color coding available.
- SI-V Silicone Suction Hose – Platinum Cured Silicone hose with 4-Ply Polyester Braid and Stainless Helix Wire Reinforcement.
- TRC Rubber Lined Teflon® PTFE Hose designed for applications requiring a true smooth bore for improved flow and easily cleaned in place. TRC Rubber Lined has an EPDM rubber cover.
- SBT Braided Hose – Extra-thick smooth bore natural or conductive Teflon® PTFE liner braided with 300 series stainless steel heavy gauge wire.
- TMH Dual Containment System – Extra-thick natural or conductive smooth bore Teflon® PTFE liner locked inside (exclusive Thermalok™ system) a 316 stainless steel carcass with welded flange retainers and over braided with 316 stainless steel. The liner is flared through providing no exposed metal fittings to the media.
- Twister™ CRC Hose – Ultra flexible convoluted Teflon® PTFE tube and EPDM rubber cover. Twister™ is virtually kink proof, self draining, vacuum rated and is ultra flexible.
- SHBT – Smooth Bore Chlorine/Bromine Transfer Hose Assembly.
- RESISTOFLEX® and ResistoPure™ Fitting Systems – TIPCO Technologies is certified by Resistoflex® to fabricate hose assemblies with genuine Restoflex® and ResistoPure™ Stainless Steel, Monel®, Hastelloy® and
