TIPCO Spotlight: Adaptall

Adaptall was founded in 1985 in Ontario, Canada with the goal of marketing special threaded connectors (in carbon steel, stainless steel, and brass) for the hydraulic hose and fitting industry. Not only was this goal reached, but it was so successful that four years later, in 1989, a U.S. publication and advertising program was created to target the market in America. As the company continued to grow, it included a manufacturing facility and now has distribution centers in Ohio and Texas.

Adaptall’s specialty is in the conversion of international hydraulic adapters and fittings between metric and imperial types of thread. The company prides itself on the ability to produce high quality fittings in their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. They serve the construction, mining, pulp and paper, agriculture, manufacturing, industrial, marine, aerospace, and military industries.

TIPCO has partnered with Adaptall since August 1, 2010 and became a premier distributor in 2014. Unsurprisingly, this partnership has maintained its strength throughout the years.

“Adaptall and TIPCO share the attitude it takes, the TOTAL team effort, to get the job done. As TIPCO continues to grow, Adaptall will grow with them, side by side.”

stated Lamar Worthey, National Director of Sales at Adaptall.

Both TIPCO and Adaptall look forward to celebrating their ten-year anniversary together and continuing to build a lasting relationship.
