Team TIPCO Employee Spotlight: Jesse Chapman
This week, the Team TIPCO Employee Spotlight shines on our Counter Sales Associate, Jesse Chapman! Since 2006, Jesse has been an exceptional member of the TIPCO family. Although he has a background in welding, Jesse began his first warehouse job at TIPCO and has been a loyal, dedicated team member for twelve years since!
Jesse’s job requires him to wear many hats to ensure that the branch runs smoothly. He meets this challenge every day with determination, stating, “I will do everything I can to find you [the customer] a solution. I would rather educate you and then let you decide than send you to someone else that will make the wrong decision for you.” This attitude allows Jesse to go above and beyond in honoring TIPCO’s promise to provide expert guidance and put our customers first, always.
In his own words, Jesse enjoys his work at TIPCO because “TIPCO lets its employees grow and learn rather than expecting everyone to do everything the same or be the same.” When he isn’t in the warehouse, Jesse is a hunter and a gamer who enjoys nothing more than spending his free time with his son.
Jesse’s approach to his own career and educating our customers rings true in one of his favorite quotes by Benjamin Franklin: “Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn.” Thanks, Jesse, for being an always-present, ever-knowledgeable member of Team TIPCO!
